Bunny Duo

Last week, we featured this card on the main Inky website: Trudy created the gem above using 10954MC Carrot Bunny Clear Set (also available as 0796H Bunny Wonders and 3210B Mini Easter in wood mounts). I loved how it turned out...and then I got especially excited when I received this surprise in the mail:
Yep, Jovi had used the same bunny (but with 10694D Sitting & Thinking as the saying) on her card.

I've said this before, but one of my favorite things about stamping is how you can make an image look completely different just by changing the colors, layout, and embellishments. Trudy used stitching, looped ribbons, and inking along the edges of the shapes to accent her card, whereas Jovi sanded a dry-embossed panel, attached a button over ribbon, and glittered the bunny's nose and ears to mimic the sparkly finish of the patterned paper. Both cards are beautiful and unique!

Your turn: Do you have any examples of cards you've made using the same image but with different results?

You are right about it being fun seeing how different cards can look with the same image Jackie.
Hugs,

Trudy's card is fabulous, the ribbon with the flower center and the background paper is wonderful.
