"Try It Different" Tuesday: Buggie Friends

This week's card on the main Inky website is an adorable creation by Paula Williamson, who is our Guest Designer for June:

She used 10989MC Buggie Friends Clear Set, drawn by artist Tammy DeYoung:

All four of the critters in this stamp set are so cute! I thought you might like to see another card made with the ladybug character:

For this one, Paula colored the image with pencils and blended with Gamsol. She edged some of the pieces with Vintage Photo Distress Ink before layering and stitching the various card elements, which you can see better if you click on the photo above for a close-up view.

Prismacolor Pencils: White, Light Peach 927, Rosy Beige 1019, Salmon Pink 1001, Carmine Red 926, Crimson Lake 925, Tuscan Red 937, Muted Turquoise 1088 Limepeel 1005, Sap Green Light 120, French Grey 90% 1076

Supplies: 10989MC Buggie Friends Clear Set, Memento Black Ink, White Cardstock, Prismacolor Pencils, Gamsol, Kraft Cardstock, Bazzill Cardstock, Echo Park 6x6 Pad in This & That, Distress Ink in Vintage Photo, Ranger Ink Blending Tool, Sakura Micron Black Pen in Size 01, Sakura Black Glaze Pen, Helmar Liquid Scrap Dots, Satin Ribbon

Here's another project featuring the same ladybug:

It's a little paper purse that you can fill with treats, which I'm sure some-buggie would love to receive!
