Today is World Egg Day, I kid you not. Who knew there was such a thing?
Established at the International Egg Commission Vienna in 1996, World Egg Day is celebrated on the second Friday in October each year. It is a unique opportunity to help raise awareness of the benefits of eggs and is celebrated in countries all around the world.
