"Try It Different" Tuesday: Springtime Ducks

According to Punxsutawney Phil, spring is supposed to come early this year. It sure doesn't feel like it today, with the temperature hovering at a chilly 3 degrees here in Minnesota.

But I hope our groundhog pal is right...and, in the meantime, I'm sharing two cards made with our new spring-themed 11163MC Ducks & Daffodils Clear Set (drawn by artist Nancy Baier):

With its cheery pastel colors and pretty paper flowers, this card by Michelle Pearson reminds me that warm weather will eventually be arriving:

And for our "try it different" version, Michelle changed the orientation, lightened the palette even more, and added a delicate die-cut frame:

Hope your day is just ducky, Inky friends!

Such cute cards, Michelle!
Yesterday it really was a "ducky" day here ... the ducks were truly lovin' the sunshine and were all over the neighborhood pond. Too cold, misty, & windy today. Bring on the happy, sunshiny duck days!
